Karlequin Arts will accept returns or will replace items, free from extra costs, ONLY if the product has production flaws. Records of the finished product are kept on file as the items are made for investigation purposes. There is a 30-day time limit as of the ship date. I will not accept, refund, or replace products that have been used, for example, colored-in coloring books, or items that have suffered damage from being dismantled and reimplemented for personal use or destructive purposes. Karlequin Arts has the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer to prevent fraud or abuse. This website has artwork from multiple artists. Each artist will have their own preferences to how their work is used. Remember to always reach out to the artist, ask for their permission to use their work or part of, and always give credit to the artist. AI is not an excuse for malicious practice such as stealing, remixing, or any unauthorized use of the work. As a business owner I am subject to reporting any mishandling of such. I am a Sole Proprietor. I am not a company, production line, or any kind of small office eccentric. Everything I do is from my art studio / workshop so request may be limited. In regard to privacy concerns and the high volume of spam soliciting, hackers, and fake identification no phone number is supplied unless I know who you are or who you are affiliated with. For any unknown client please use the email karlequinart@gmail.com. For those with a phone number please leave a message. Texting will not result with a response. Any rude behavior will result in being reported and filed as spam or blocked. I do have the right to refuse service if I feel my safety is threated or at stake.

Karlequin Art is a name I have associated as a public title. I work under this title with two brand names. Other artist associates are welcome to share and utilize a space on this website with the intention of supporting one another. Any projects, consultations verbal or meetups are confidential. There will be no exploiting information or use of material useless wavers have been signed between the client and the artist doing the work. Most work request are work for hire unless the project involves unitizing an artist's work then shared authorship will be considered, and a final ownership decision shall come to an agreement between the participants.
