Return and Refund Policy

I am working on this. For now, I accept returns or will replace items, free from extra costs, ONLY if the product has production flaws. Records of the finished product are kept on file as the items are made for investigation purposes. There is a 30-day time limit as of the ship date. I will not accept, refund, or replace products that have been used, for example, colored in coloring books, or items that have suffered damage from being dismantled and reimplemented for personal use or destructive purposes. -thank you.
